Recruitment Coordinator - The College of Architecture and Design - UTK

The College of Architecture and Design seeks a Recruitment Coordinator to develop and implement strategies that recruit students to the College and support enrollment, retention, and graduation goals. This position leads on- and off-campus recruitment efforts, builds long-term relationships with prospective students and families, and collaborates with college and university partners to strengthen awareness of the College and its academic programs. The Recruitment Coordinator will create recruitment pipelines through partnerships with high schools, community organizations, alumni, and programs that serve college-bound students from a variety of backgrounds and communities. The position uses quantitative and qualitative data to identify effective recruitment locations, audiences, and methods and to refine outreach efforts over time. #J-18808-Ljbffr
