Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct in-depth assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients’ mental health issues, followed by accurate clinical diagnoses and personalized treatment plans.

  • Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant techniques tailored to each client’s needs.

  • Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients in acute situations, utilizing skills to de-escalate and manage severe mental health episodes effectively.

  • Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in line with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment outcomes are documented accurately.

  • Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, fostering a cohesive care model that enhances client outcomes.

  • Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and community resources, advocating for their rights and needs as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients are diverse, ranging from children and adolescents to adults dealing with various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications\n

  • A valid mental health therapist license (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) is required.
