Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start) Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Experience working in a manufacturing environment Applicants meeting the basic qualifications above may be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as a part of the selection process.
