Compensation & Benefits Competitive earnings package with uncapped potential; compensation range: $133,000 to $160,000+, based on productivity W2 employed position with flexible hybrid work schedules Sign‑on bonus Care Access and Quality Incentive: Annual cash bonus program Comprehensive benefit package, 401k with up to 4% match CEUs and Clinical Education benefit Strong work/life balance Responsibilities Conduct autism spectrum disorder testing in adults Assess all ages, manage intakes, plan batteries, write reports, provide feedback sessions Start within 60 days, work Monday‑Friday with optional evenings/weekends Collaborate within a supportive clinical team Qualifications Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) fully licensed in South Carolina Experience testing across the lifespan, especially with adults Experience with autism testing and intakes Strong organizational skills, ability to work hybrid remote/local LifeStance Health is an equal opportunity employer.
