Director, Due Diligence Investigations

We are looking for a Director, Due Diligence Investigations who will be responsible for providing outstanding leadership to a team of analysts and investigators, develop and execute the team’s key strategic priorities, and serve as the face of the organization to our business partners across the firm. The ideal candidate is very analytical, curious, and able to navigate in a complex organization. This role is responsible for oversight and providing consultative expertise on high-priority, highly sensitive, and complex investigations. The Director also works collaboratively with cross-functional teams, while providing operational and investigative guidance to all partners. The Due Diligence team is part of Global Security and Investigations and is a proprietary team that conducts discreet research and analysis using publicly available information to assist Fidelity in identifying and mitigating risks associated with proposed or existing business relationships, including acquisitions and current/prospective clients. The team is an integral part of the overall vendor/relationship risk management programs.Fidelity’s Onsite Working ModelFidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues.
