Business Banking Relationship Manager

The minimum and maximum projected annualized salary for this position is $88,435 to $145,372, with additional compensation possible based on experience and skills. The position is eligible for hybrid remote work and will work in the Tysons Corner, VA or Bethesda, MD office four days per week. Responsibilities At the guidance of the direct supervisor the Relationship Manager will be responsible for generating new B2B relationships and servicing existing B2B clients, evaluating client needs and aligning appropriate bank products. Performs underwriting for proposed transactions, presents to appropriate parties for approval, and carries approvals to closing. Qualifications Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related field and 3 years related commercial experience or; High School diploma and 5+ years of related commercial lending experience in the areas of credit analysis, portfolio management or underwriting. Proficient knowledge of MS Office; advanced skills in Word and Excel. Basic credit analysis skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of banking products and services. Working knowledge of Small Business Lending, Asset Based Lending, Government Contract Lending, and CRE Lending. Proven ability to identify sales opportunities within a commercial loan environment.
