This role oversees a team, drives standardization and governance, and ensures effective alignment between global specifications and local execution to support operational excellence, product quality, and business performance.Your 'day to day'Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team focused on specification and master data management, driving accountability and continuous developmentSet team objectives, monitor performance, and support succession planning and long-term capability buildingOversee the implementation, localization, and maintenance of manufacturing specifications across PLM, ERP, and related systemsEnsure accurate translation of specifications into bills of materials (BOMs), attributes, and master dataManage workload prioritization, task assignments, and timely execution in alignment with defined processes and service levelsEstablish and enforce data governance standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systemsMonitor data quality and lead corrective and preventive actions (RCA/CAPA), serving as an escalation point for issuesDrive standardization of specification lifecycle processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvementsDefine, track, and report KPIs to measure operational performance and process effectivenessCollaborate with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment between local execution and global standardsAct as a key liaison between manufacturing sites, technical teams, and business functionsLead and support cross-functional projects, managing timelines, resources, and deliverablesCoordinate system enhancements, changes, and deployments to improve functionality and performanceManage external service providers, ensuring performance, quality, and SLA complianceEnsure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and EHSS guidelines, maintaining audit readiness and proper documentationWho we're looking for:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related fieldExperience with specification management, master data, or PLM/ERP systemsProven leadership experience within manufacturing or regulated environmentsBackground in operations, quality, or supply chain (5+ years preferred)Experience working with cross-functional and global teamsStrong leadership and team development capabilitiesExpertise in data governance and systems (PLM, ERP)Process improvement mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skillsProject management experience with ability to manage multiple prioritiesAnnual Base Salary Ranges:Aurora – $149,600 - $187,000Owensboro / Wilson – $136,000 - $170,000What's 'nice to have'Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (required)What we offerWe offer a competitive base salary, annual bonus (applicable based on level of position), great medical, dental and vision coverage, 401k with a generous company match, incredible wellness benefits, and much more!Seize the freedom to define your future and ours.
