They're now hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer to lead a full web rewrite of their highest-traffic user journeys .

What you'll own
- Leading the rebuild of key surfaces (search + booking flows)
- Driving improvements across performance, SEO, and conversion
- Defining frontend architecture and reusable patterns in Next.js
- Partnering closely with product/design on large initiatives
- Raising the bar through code quality, standards, and mentorship
- Improving developer experience (testing, tooling, observability)

What they're looking for
- 5+ years building production web applications
- Strong React + Next.js experience (SSR / modern architecture)
- Experience leading large-scale rewrites or migrations
- Strong product sense (performance, UX, conversion)
- Comfortable owning ambiguous, high-impact projects
- Own a high-visibility rewrite from the ground up
- Real path to Staff-level impact
- Product at scale, but team still small enough to influence
- Based onsite in NYC with a strong product + engineering culture
