Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr The E-Billing Specialist will manage and oversee the electronic billing processes within the legal department of a global law firm. Description Manage and maintain the electronic billing systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with client billing guidelines. Generate and review invoices, resolving any discrepancies promptly. Provide support for billing inquiries and troubleshoot system issues as needed. Ensure timely submission of bills and monitor payment statuses. Analyze billing data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to billing activities. Coordinate with internal departments to support seamless billing operations.
