Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Prioritize and manage assignments effectively, ensuring compliance with established organizational policies and procedures to meet deadlines consistently. \n
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans based on best practices and clinical guidelines. \n
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and digital tools to provide therapy and medication management, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health care. \n
- Facilitate regular follow-up sessions, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and track client progress through detailed documentation in our electronic health record system. \n
- Collaborate with team members and external healthcare providers to enhance client outcomes, share insights on client care, and develop shared objectives for client success. \n
- Safeguard the privacy of patient records and adhere to all regulations concerning patient confidentiality and ethical practice. \n
As a Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds, including adults and adolescents facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional disorders. Your role will focus on building trusting relationships and empowering clients as they navigate their mental health journeys.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling. \n
- A current, active license in Pennsylvania as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n
- Demonstrated understanding of contemporary mental health practices and a commitment to continuous professional development. \n

- A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, including remote service delivery. \n
- Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems for patient documentation and progress tracking. \n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year, based on your caseload and experience.
