Pay: $25-$30 per hour
Shift Options:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 12:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Primary need)
We are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to support the inspection of printed circuit board (PCB) assemblies. This role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of industry standards, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform visual and mechanical inspection of PCB assemblies
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
- Use measuring tools, inspection equipment, and sampling techniques
- Read and interpret assembly drawings, work instructions, and specifications
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records
- Working knowledge of ISO processes, IPC-A-610 (latest revision), and J-STD-001 (latest revision)
- Experience with visual inspection tools and quality measurement equipment
- Ability to pass periodic visual acuity (eyesight) testing
- Strong math skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel (data entry and formatting)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must pass a PCB Inspection Test prior to the interview process
