Back-of-House Stocking Lead — Path to Management

Burlington is hiring a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor in our Back of House/Receiving area. You’ll lead the team, coordinate receiving, unloading, sorting, and transfer of merchandise to the sales floor, while partnering with Store Management to drive results.
We seek a proven leader with strong team-building skills who can manage schedules, enforce policies, and ensure safety and efficiency across shifts. Enjoy competitive pay, flexible hours, and growth opportunities.
