Patient Placement Coordinator

Join our 26-member patient placement team, supporting 7 hospitals around the clock. In this fast-paced role, you'll manage patient placement and transfers while working across 4 screens and multiple systems including Epic, Transfer Center, Bed Placement, Voalte, Genesys, and Teams to keep care moving smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Triage calls & transfers like a pro
• Coordinate air and ground transport
• Partner with stroke, trauma & emergency teams
• Manage patient placement across hospitals

Schedule

• 3 weekend shifts every 6 weeks (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 36 hours/week)
• Rotating holidays (2 major + 1 minor)
• No call shifts

What We're Looking For

• RN with 2+ years acute care (ED or critical care required, patient flow experience a plus)
• Strong clinical judgment & multitasking skills
• Tech-savvy and confident communicating with physicians
• Thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment
