Senior Clinical Sales Specialist- South Florida

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Clinical Sales Specialist to support the Monarch surgical platform across South Florida. The role combines clinical expertise and relationship-building with healthcare providers, requiring frequent travel and in-hospital case support to drive adoption of surgical technologies.
Responsibilities
- Deliver in-case procedural support and technical consultation to surgeons and clinical staff
- Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and clinical champions
- Design and deliver physician and fellow education programs tailored to each market
- Identify technical issues and coordinate peer reviews with corporate office
- Support account development activities and strategic partnership objectives across territory
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum
- Two or more years of sales, marketing, or healthcare experience
- Ability to work in hospital operating room environments
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel 50-75% within territory
- Expert-level product knowledge of Monarch systems and instruments
- Compliance knowledge including HIPAA and Sunshine Act regulations
