FinTech Compliance Oversight Analyst (Regulatory Complaints)
Doist
Cross River is seeking a Compliance Analyst to oversee complaint escalations from fintech partners and ensure regulatory deadlines are met. You will review draft responses, coordinate with partners and internal teams, and track investigations and outcomes. The role requires strong knowledge of banking regulations (FCRA, Reg E/Z/B/ECOA), excellent communication, and the ability to interact with regulatory agencies.
