Assist with planning and implementation of daily activity for residents, encourage resident participation in group and individual activities, escort residents to and from activities as needed, set up, decorate, and clean activity areas before and after programs, assist with holiday celebrations and special events and community outings and entertainment, provide one-on-one visits and activities for residents unable to participate in group programs. document according to facility policy, communicate professionally with residents, and families. Frequent standing, walking and bending assist with transporting residents safely
