Key Qualifications
- Active COTA certification and current state licensure (or eligibility).
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy settings is highly valued.
- Strong ability to communicate and collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team.

- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) by providing direct therapy services to students.
- Support occupational therapists in assessment, intervention planning, and progress monitoring.
- Adapt therapy activities to meet the varied needs of each student within classroom and group sessions.
- Maintain thorough records of student progress and communicate regularly with teachers, therapists, and families.
- Contribute to the creation of adapted materials and recommendations for classroom modifications.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development to enhance service delivery.
