About the Role: Licensed Clinician

We are seeking passionate and skilled professionals—including those with a PhD or master’s degree—to lead intensive outpatient groups and to provide individual therapy. This role is ideal for professionals eager to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and deliver high-quality, integrated care to clients facing complex mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate IOP group therapy sessions, fostering client engagement and utilizing evidence-based modalities.
• Conduct individual therapy sessions as part of comprehensive treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure personalized, high-quality care.
• Maintain timely and thorough documentation, meeting Joint Commission standards.

Qualifications:

• PhD, PsyD, or Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
• Independent licensure (HSPP, LPCC, LISW).
• Experience facilitating IOP or PHP groups and working with diverse populations preferred.
• Proficiency in evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT & ERP.
• Advanced training in ERP preferred.
• A commitment to cultural inclusivity, adaptability, and teamwork.
