Caregiver – Cornerstone Caregiving

Cornerstone Caregiving provides compassionate, non-medical in-home care that helps seniors and individuals maintain their independence, comfort, and quality of life in their own homes or care facilities.

As a Caregiver, you will provide personalized support with everyday activities while building meaningful relationships with the clients you serve. Our caregivers play an important role in helping clients feel safe, respected, comfortable, and supported.

### Responsibilities

* Provide companionship and friendly conversation
* Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
* Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
* Help with shopping, errands, and transportation to appointments when needed
* Provide mobility and exercise assistance
* Provide medication reminders
* Assist with transfers and other daily tasks as appropriate
* Provide respite care and support for family caregivers
* Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
* Complete accurate care notes and documentation throughout each shift
* Treat every client with dignity, patience, compassion, and respect

Requirements

* Must be **18 years or older**
* Valid driver's license
* Reliable personal vehicle and willingness to travel to client homes
* Compassionate, dependable, honest, and caring attitude
* Ability to communicate professionally with clients
* Caregiving experience (is preferred not always required)
* Must be able to successfully complete required background and employment checks
