About the Role:

Join Bender Auto Body as an Auto Body Technician and be part of a passionate team dedicated to restoring vehicles to their former glory. In this exciting role, you'll utilize your skills and expertise to deliver high-quality repairs and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive auto body repairs, including dent removal and panel replacement.

Utilize welding and cutting techniques to restore vehicle frames and structures.

Inspect damaged vehicles to determine repair needs and provide accurate estimates.

Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and applying primer.

Mix and apply paint to achieve a flawless finish that meets customer specifications.

Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.

Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance skill set.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an auto body technician or similar role.

Certification from an accredited auto body repair program is a plus.

Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques and tools.

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Physical stamina and dexterity to perform repairs effectively.
