Medical Office Assistant - Brunswick Urgent Care - Full Time with Benefits

Description The Medical Office Assistant (MOA) performs office administration duties to include clerical and operational support to the physicians and practice. This role may also perform limited clinical duties. The duties will be assigned as needed to assist with the clinic daily operations. The MOA will interact with patients in person and over the phone, fax appointments, file documents, verify insurance, collect copays, and assist with referrals. Model sensitivity to patients, including telephone and verbal communication in emergency situations. Strong oral and written communication skills. Keyboard/computer skills.
