Health & Safety Specialist

The foundation of our award‑winning success is having the right people on our team. Responsibilities Overall administration of the company safety & health program. This role will be located at the job site and could require travel. Overtime is paid. Supervision and support of all company safety standards. Safety training and education. Insurance claims and management. Jobsite safety inspection and data analysis. Incident investigation and reporting to upper management/executives. Standard safety management of a construction site. Requirements OSHA 30 and a minimum of 3 years experience in construction safety. First Aid and CPR certification. High School diploma. Must be bilingual (Spanish). Must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation. Must be able to pass a government background check. Some Site Safety Specialists may be required to travel to various job sites and be on the job site for up to 2 weeks consecutively for the duration of the project, based on project demands and needs.
