COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR
LOCATION
Dallas, TX 75201 | Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $20.00 per hour
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Contract position

ROLE IMPACT
Support Code Compliance operations by helping maintain accurate records, audit readiness, and adherence to applicable requirements. Success in this role means identifying compliance gaps, tracking corrective actions, maintaining controlled documentation, and providing management with clear compliance reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct internal compliance audits and inspections, document findings, track corrective actions, and assist with external audits.
• Review and update policies, procedures, compliance records, controlled documents, and reference materials to support applicable City, state, and federal requirements.
• Collect and analyze data, monitor performance measures, and prepare compliance reports for management.
• Assist with compliance training, presentations, and communication of requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience supporting compliance audits, inspections, regulatory compliance, or quality assurance activities.
• Ability to maintain accurate compliance records, audit documentation, policies, and procedures.
• Strong analytical, organizational, written communication, and reporting skills.

• Data analysis and performance reporting tools
• Microsoft Office or comparable business productivity software

PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience working with municipal, government, or other regulated operations.
• Knowledge of City, state, or federal compliance requirements.
• Experience preparing compliance training materials or presentations.
