Provide administrative support for the Lift Operations department. Duties include taking and delivering messages, managing office supplies. Assist with new hires onboarding, scheduling and payroll processing. Part-Time Seasonal | 3 Days per Week Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. Hourly: The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of the Palisades Tahoe Resort, LLC’s hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Palisades Tahoe Resort, LLC’s total compensation package for employees. Essential Job Responsibilities/Duties/Tasks

include the following; other duties may be assigned: Provide internal and external customers with top quality customer service in a friendly and positive manner Set up and maintain employee and lift operations files Act as information source on organization policies and procedures Process department timecards and update electronic payroll records Track and maintain inventory of department supplies, process purchase orders and maintain budget records Communicate effectively via radio and telephone with lift operators, mountain dispatch and other resort departments Maintain up-to-date safety and lift incident documents Assist lift operations manager and supervisors with operational and budget reports Carry out general office duties (mail, photocopies, telephone etc) Assist at lifts when we need coverage in line control or in a short staff situation Competencies and Job Requirements: Required: Effective communication skills, oral & written Strong sense of customer service & safety awareness Able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions. Have a neat & clean appearance in compliance with the company grooming standards Punctual, able to report at scheduled start time Work well as part of a team. Intermediate to advanced skills computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
