Are you a Physical Therapist looking for ultimateflexibility without the headache of 1099 taxes? StellarCare Staffing is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (W2) to join our team. We believe in providing eliteclinical support while giving our providers the freedom to balancetheir professional and personal lives.

The Role

As a PRN PT with StellarCare, you will providehigh-quality home health services to patients, helping them regainindependence where they feel most comfortable. You pick the coverageareas and the days you want to work-we handle the rest.

What You'll Do

Restore Independence: Conduct initial evaluations and developfunctional, goal-oriented care plans.
Clinical Excellence: Provide one-on-one therapeutic interventions,including gait training, strengthening, and manual therapy.
Safety First: Perform home safety assessments and recommendmodifications to prevent falls.
Documentation: Complete timely OASIS assessments and progressnotes via our intuitive EMR system.
Collaborate: Work closely with physicians and theStellarCare clinical team to ensure seamless patient transitions.

Requirements

What You Bring

Credentials: A degree in Physical Therapy from anaccredited program and a valid state license.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience(Home Health experience preferred).
Reliability: A valid driver's license, auto insurance, anddependable transportation.
Tech-Savvy: Comfort with electronic documentation andmobile communication.
