Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU (Intensive Care Unit)

• Provide comprehensive care to ICU patients with trauma, surgical, and neurological needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor patient conditions and document changes in status
• Participate in trauma Level One care protocols and initiatives
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and standard procedures

Requirements of the RN - ICU (Intensive Care Unit)

• Epic experience required
• Two years of ICU staff experience with trauma, surgical, and neurological patients
• Previous travel experience required
• Competency test completion within 24 hours of submission
