Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care - Medical Unit

Role The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team, practicing in accordance with professional standards and organizational policies. Responsibilities Conducts assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practice; partners with patients and families to align care with their goals; promotes teamwork through effective communication and documentation; participates in performance improvement and research activities; mentors colleagues and supports professional development; and advocates for safe, culturally competent care. Qualifications & Skills Holds an active nursing license (RN), with BLS certification; preferred experience in direct patient care; strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills; proficient in technology and time management; committed to ongoing learning and adherence to standards and policies. Additional Requirements Participates in protocol development, resource management, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
