Security / Loss Prevention Officer

Work with the best! We are seeking hardworking, motivated people. Immediate Opening Full‑Time Loss Prevention Officer Job Description Identify and apprehend shoplifters through floor patrol and CCTV. Report writing. Interacting with local law enforcement as needed. Provide courtroom testimony as required. Job Requirements Pre‑employment criminal background check and drug screening. Must obtain state‑required PERC prior to employment. Ability to sit, stand, and walk for up to 3–4 hours at a time. Reliable transportation. Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently. Ability to communicate clearly and accurately through verbal and written means. Ability to write legible, accurate, and easily understood reports. Must be assertive, yet controlled, in dealing with confrontation. Must be trustworthy and able to work under little or no direct supervision. Attendance for scheduled shifts; tardiness and absenteeism are not tolerated. Previous loss prevention or law‑enforcement experience is a plus but not required.
