Job Description As the sole Individual Contributor Product Manager reporting to the CPO, you will define the strategy and execution for a platform unifying access control across human, service, and AI agents. You'll drive products like OpalQuery and Paladin, translating complex customer needs into scalable infrastructure for world-class clients like Databricks and Figma.

What You Will Do

Own the product strategy and execution across the identity governance platform, including visibility tools (OpalQuery) and policy-as-code (OpalScript) modules.

Collaborate closely with engineering and leadership to design and ship a high-performance, AI-powered authorization engine named Paladin.

Engage directly with sophisticated customers like Figma and Databricks to translate complex enterprise identity needs into platform features and APIs.

The ideal candidate

Deeply technical Product Manager with a strong background in identity governance, security infrastructure, or complex API-first platform development.

Proven track record of operating effectively in fast-scaling startup environments, possessing the ability to bridge the gap between technical depth and business value.

Experience or strong interest in building AI-native products, particularly in the context of automated authorization and machine-identity management.
