Instead, our team works directly with homeowners to build real-world sales experience and earning potential through both base pay and performance incentives. Job Overview This outside sales position involves working directly with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods to help them set up or switch residential trash services, a service every homeowner already uses. The product is straightforward, and success comes from strong communication, consistency, and execution. Representatives receive a guaranteed 1099 base pay plus commission, with additional earning opportunities based on performance. No prior sales experience is required. Training, systems, and ongoing coaching are provided. Duties and Responsibilities Conduct face-to-face sales with homeowners in designated neighborhoods Present and explain residential trash service options clearly Build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally Close service agreements on-site Track daily sales activity and customer interactions Follow team sales systems and processes Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales campaigns Lead teams Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable speaking with new people daily Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistency in performance Competitive, goal-driven mindset Reliable transportation Sales or customer service experience highly preferred Compensation This is a 1099 contract position that offers base pay plus uncapped commission opportunities. Average weekly earnings range from $1,000 to $3,000, with top performers earning $3,000 to $5,000+ based on performance, effort, and consistency. Schedule and Travel Candidates can expect to work 5–6 days per week during active campaigns. Flexible part-time options are available, along with travel opportunities for 1–2 week campaign blitzes. Training and Support New hires complete a structured onboarding and training program that includes access to proven scripts and sales systems. Daily coaching and performance tracking provide a team-based environment focused on growth and development.
