Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000/year + performance bonuses

What You'll Do (The Mission)

As our Program Manager, you won't just track tasks-you will champion the strategy, execution, and profitable growth of a major portfolio of multidisciplinary projects. Working alongside executive leadership, you will bridge the gap between technical excellence and smart business development.

• Own the Lifecycle: Lead high-stakes programs from initial planning and resource allocation through flawless execution, budget tracking, and closure.
• Unify Teams: Align and inspire cross-functional project staff, regional teams, and executive sponsors to keep complex master schedules moving on time and on budget.
• Drive Business Growth: Serve as a key brand ambassador. Leverage your industry network and professional associations to uncover new business opportunities, spearhead major proposal efforts, and expand our client base.
• Elevate Quality: Implement optimized systems and procedures to maximize corporate profitability, mitigate project risks, and ensure bulletproof quality control across all deliverables.

What You Bring to the Table

• The Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven program/project management success, specifically driving multidisciplinary engineering, consulting, or technical programs from bid to completion.
• The Education: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• The Mindset: A rare blend of technical expertise and standout interpersonal skills. You can interpret dense business and technical data, write winning proposals, and persuasively communicate with stakeholders at every level.
• The Logistics: A valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle record.
