Qualifications and Experience Sought:

• Valid Minnesota SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) strongly preferred
• Previous experience in educational settings, especially early childhood or ECSE
• Strong foundation in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for speech and language
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive classroom environment

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language services to children ages 3 to 5 in an ECSE program
• Assess communication abilities and develop customized interventions
