Apply Here: Job Description: We are seeking experienced and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's) to provide one-on-one care for seniors in their homes. We have part-time, full-time, and per diem positions available. This position requires caregivers who are confident, dependable, and committed to providing high-quality, person-centered care in a home setting. Responsibilities: * Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance. * Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation. * Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping. * Provide companionship and emotional support. * Assist with transportation to appointments and errands as needed. * Monitor client safety and report any changes in condition. * Support clients with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and other age-related conditions while promoting dignity and independence. Requirements: * Caregiving experience required. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Active car insurance. * Ability to pass a background check. * Experience with redirection, safety monitoring, and behavioral support is preferred. * Reliable, professional, and calm under pressure. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Ability to respect client privacy and maintain a professional presence in the home.
