NOW HIRING: Virtual IOP Therapist - Adults

Location: Irvine, CA | Remote | Part Time

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:30 PM-9:00 PM

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated LMFT or AMFT to facilitate virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) groups for adults . This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys group therapy and wants to support adults in their mental health and recovery journey through accessible, virtual care.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging, evidence-based virtual group therapy sessions for adults enrolled in the IOP.
• Support clients in developing coping skills, emotional regulation, and strategies for sustained recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with applicable requirements.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to support treatment goals and continuity of care.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to professional and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Active California license as an LMFT or AMFT.
• Experience or interest in adult mental health, group therapy, or IOP/PHP settings.
• Strong group facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work consistently Monday through Thursday, 6:00 PM-9:00 PM.
• Comfortable providing therapy through a virtual platform.

Compensation & Schedule

• Rate as per group session.
• Monday-Thursday, 6:00 PM-9:00 PM.
• Fully remote position serving adult clients in California.
