Talento Search Group has an opening for an Automation Technician in Fort Wayne, IN.  This is a direct hire, 1st shift position. The rate of pay is $32-$35 per hour depending on experience - may be flexible.

Job Highlights:
Pay:  $32-$35 per hour (may be flexible with right experience)
Shift: 1st shift; 7am-4pm
Overtime may be available

Education and Experience:

• 4 years Industrial Electrical / Controls Technical Degree or a combination of education and experience
• Entry level controls engineers encouraged to apply!
• Strong electrical / controls aptitude with some mechanical
• Hands on with Ladder Logic, TIA Portals, HMI setups, panel wiring and programming

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair of various AC/DC/VFD drives, I/O, sensors and similar
• Assist with new equipment installations / upgrades
• PLC, HMI, SCADA, Network systems troubleshooting w/Ladder Logic and other controls software.
• Ensure LOTO with all repairs to include low/high voltage applications
• Standard PMs for the plant's electrical and control systems
