What You’ll Do Process and post new and used vehicle deals accurately and efficiently. Review sales and finance paperwork for completeness and compliance. Verify contracts, funding documents, and supporting paperwork. Stock in vehicle purchases, dealer trades, and wholesale transactions. Reconcile accounting schedules and resolve billing discrepancies. Maintain accurate digital and paper deal files. Assist with month‑end accounting procedures and reporting. What We’re Looking For Automotive dealership billing or accounting experience preferred. Dealertrack DMS experience is a plus. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced dealership environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. High level of integrity and professionalism.
