Primary Care Physician

Overview

Rush Oak Lawn Outpatient Center – Chicago, IL – is looking for a Primary Care Physician to join our multidisciplinary team. Primary Care services will begin February 2026. The position offers opportunity for clinical practice, teaching, and practice growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan, from pediatrics through geriatrics.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and support team.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.
• Contribute to practice growth during the expansion phase.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Board‑eligible or certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Valid Illinois medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation

Pay Range: $261,000 – $383,000 (full‑time, 1.0 FTE).
