Primary Care Physician

Overview Rush Oak Lawn Outpatient Center – Chicago, IL – is looking for a Primary Care Physician to join our multidisciplinary team. Primary Care services will begin February 2026. The position offers opportunity for clinical practice, teaching, and practice growth. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan, from pediatrics through geriatrics. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions. Collaborate with nursing staff and support team. Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records. Contribute to practice growth during the expansion phase. Participate in quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. Board‑eligible or certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Valid Illinois medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compensation Pay Range: $261,000 – $383,000 (full‑time, 1.0 FTE). Benefits Competitive total compensation includes base pay, benefits, and incentive programs.
