Responsibilities:

• Circulate and scrub during operative procedures adhering to safety and sterile technique standards.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary surgical team to ensure optimal patient care.
• Monitor patient status throughout perioperative phases; respond quickly to changing clinical situations.
• Prepare operating rooms, instruments, equipment, and supplies per procedure requirements.
• Maintain documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory protocols.
• Educate patients and families about procedures, recovery, and post-operative care as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in good standing.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Previous Operating Room experience requiredtravel OR experience highly regarded.
• Proven adaptability, critical thinking, and effective communication skills.
