Liberty Staffing is hiring a  Powder Coater for a client in Lakeland, FL. We are looking for dependable candidates with previous powder coating experience who can work in a fast-paced industrial environment while maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, grinding, masking, and taping
• Set up and operate powder coating equipment including spray guns, booths, and ovens
• Apply powder coating evenly to meet thickness and finish standards
• Load and monitor curing ovens to ensure proper bonding and finish
• Inspect completed products for defects and perform touch-ups as needed
• Perform routine equipment cleaning and maintenance
• Assist with material inventory and supply organization
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Maintain accurate production records and communicate with supervisors
• Work closely with team members to meet production deadlines

Qualifications:

• Previous powder coating experience required
• Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or shop environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Reliable with good time management skills
• Able to lift, stand, bend, and work in a production setting
