Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services.* **Leadership & Teamwork** – Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships.* **Metrics Mindedness & Process Orientation** – Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.* **Delivery Operations** – Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers. Load and unload parts accurately per route schedules.* **Returns & Pickups** – Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.* **Safety Compliance** – Adhere to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.* **Cash & Charge Transactions** – Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.* **Product Knowledge & Fleet Maintenance** – Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems.
