Answer product questions and help customers locate merchandise efficiently. Return merchandise from fitting rooms and stock areas to the sales floor to maintain an organized presentation. Retrieve merchandise from the stockroom upon customer or team request to ensure availability. Maintain merchandise displays according to visual standards and company guidelines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads. Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. 17+ in order to work necessary shifts. Willingness to operate a register as needed.
