We're always looking for talented people to join our team and grow together.What We OfferCompetitive health, dental, and vision plans401(k) plan with match after 12 monthsEmployee Assistance Program and Chaplain Services to support mental and emotional well-beingPaid sick, vacation, holidays, and paid parental timeMonthly incentive and/or bonus opportunitiesGenerous Employee Product Purchase discountWhat You DoProcesses customer payments in a timely manner.Conducts account research and analysis.Prepares and maintains various accounting and finance reports.Maintains an accurate aging report.Identifies and executes the necessary process adjustments.Sends statements to outstanding customers.Reconciles accounts receivable to the general ledger.Interacts with customers to resolve outstanding issues.Makes daily collection calls.How Success Is MeasuredDaily "Balance Due" Orders ChargesDaily "Pro-Forma" Suspense Orders Charged (when waiver received)Daily Cash Application Posted and Balanced.What You BringCollege degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred.One or more years of Accounting/Finance experience preferably in accounts receivable; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Knowledge of accounting standards and practices.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are required.Highly organized, detail and goal-oriented, with the ability to work under deadlines.Excellent critical thinking, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.Proficient computer skills including an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Excel, and Word required; ERP system experience preferred.Proficient skills in using general office equipment including desktop, telephone, printer, copier, fax, scanner, etc.Ability to work core hours of Monday through Friday, on-site, typically 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with some overtime expected during busy periods.
