As our Pizza Chef, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking a variety of pizzas, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
• Handling food preparation tasks such as dough stretching, topping assembly, and ingredient portioning.
• Maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation throughout all kitchen operations.
• Managing ingredient inventory and restocking supplies to ensure smooth service.
• Collaborating with team members to coordinate meal preparation and delivery during busy hours.
• Following recipes accurately while adding creative touches to enhance flavor profiles.
• Assisting with menu planning by suggesting new pizza options and seasonal specials.

We’re seeking a skilled professional with:

• At least 3 years of proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings, especially with pizza or similar cuisine.
• Strong knife skills and familiarity with various kitchen tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures.
• Experience in fine dining or catering environments (a plus but not required).
• The ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Prior dietary department or dietary aide experience (advantageous but not required).
