Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Wisconsin
• Experience in schools, home health, and/or pediatric settings highly preferred
• Familiarity with early childhood and elementary caseloads
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Ability to adapt to multiple locations and diverse student needs
• Passion for fostering student growth and independence

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students in early childhood and elementary grades
• Assess, plan, and implement interventions to promote students’ academic and functional success
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Complete necessary documentation and individualized education program (IEP) paperwork
• Travel between two onsite school locations as part of daily schedule
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional learning
