Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our residential projects meet profitability targets while keeping costs in check. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for: Overseeing the progress of multiple residential projects from start to finish Managing job costs post-completion to account for every dollar Coordinating with field teams to drive cost efficiencies Preparing and presenting monthly metrics to the operations team Compiling and delivering monthly Work-In-Progress (WIP) reports Developing policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency Tracking subcontractor labor and material costs while identifying cost‑saving opportunities Hiring Expectations: Apply today, complete a quick phone screening, and get ready for an interview with our team to discuss your goals and experience.
