Base Salary:

$120,000 $140,000 annually Bonus Potential:

Evaluate and manage a wide range of ENT conditions, including: Sinus and nasal disorders Otologic complaints Voice and throat conditions Perform and assist with in-office procedures such as: Nasal endoscopy (flexible and rigid) Cerumen removal Nasal/sinus debridement Conduct pre-operative evaluations and manage post-operative follow-ups Collaborate closely with ENT physicians and interdisciplinary staff for coordinated care Maintain thorough documentation in

EMR Participate in shared low-volume triage call rotation Ensure ongoing compliance with licensing, certification, and CME requirements Candidate Qualifications

Required: Active, unrestricted Arizona PA license National board certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA) Minimum of 3 years direct ENT clinical experience Preferred: Experience in ENT oncology, thyroid disorders, or head and neck cancer Interest or experience in pediatric ENT Familiarity with
