Advanced Practice Provider ENT Physician Assistant (PA) Specialty: Otolaryngology (ENT) Location: Sun City West, Arizona Schedule: Full-Time Monday Friday Daytime Hours Only Setting: Outpatient ENT Clinic Call Responsibility: Minimal Triage Only, Rotated Among APPs Position Overview A well-established and highly regarded ENT group in Sun City West, AZ is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join its expanding outpatient team. Why This Role Stands Out Consistent Schedule: Monday Friday, no weekends or hospital rounding Limited Call: After-hours call is rare and limited to low-volume triage Procedural Growth: Ongoing mentorship in ENT-specific procedures Diverse Case Mix: Includes head and neck oncology, complex sinus disorders, and more Reputation & Stability: Long-standing practice with strong community ties and low turnover Supportive Environment: Backed by experienced ENT physicians and clinical staff Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $120,000 $140,000 annually Bonus Potential: Current APPs earning $200,000 $225,000 total compensation Benefits Include: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage 401(k) with employer match (after one year) Employer-paid malpractice insurance $1,500 CME allowance + 5 CME days annually PTO: 2 weeks at hire with additional accrual Arizona licensure reimbursement Key Responsibilities Evaluate and manage a wide range of ENT conditions, including: Sinus and nasal disorders Otologic complaints Voice and throat conditions Perform and assist with in-office procedures such as: Nasal endoscopy (flexible and rigid) Cerumen removal Nasal/sinus debridement Conduct pre-operative evaluations and manage post-operative follow-ups Collaborate closely with ENT physicians and interdisciplinary staff for coordinated care Maintain thorough documentation in eClinicalWorks EMR Participate in shared low-volume triage call rotation Ensure ongoing compliance with licensing, certification, and CME requirements Candidate Qualifications Required: Active, unrestricted Arizona PA license National board certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA) Minimum of 3 years direct ENT clinical experience Preferred: Experience in ENT oncology, thyroid disorders, or head and neck cancer Interest or experience in pediatric ENT Familiarity with eClinicalWorks EMR Ability to manage patients per day independently Competence or willingness to train in ENT-specific procedures How to Apply If you are a skilled Advanced Practice Provider with a strong ENT background and a desire to join a reputable Arizona practice focused on clinical excellence and provider development, we d like to hear from you.
