Hospitality and Brand Manager - Boal City Brewing

Boal City Brewing is a growing brewery, located Boalsburg Pennsylvania, established in 2023 and now producing approximately 600 barrels annually. We believe great beer deserves a great experience – the right vibe and building community. We are seeking a passionate, hospitality driven person with a creative mind and adventurous spirt to lead that experience and help us grow. The Hospitality & Brand Manager is the face and creative engine of our taproom experience. This is not a behind-the-scenes role — it is a highly visible, guest-forward position that blends event programming, building key community partner and customer relationships, daily taproom presentation, and hands‑on marketing execution. You will shape the atmosphere guests walk into, the story they hear, the events they attend, and the brand assets they see on social media and throughout the taproom and its grounds. Key Responsibilities Include Community engagement Taproom programing and events Cultivating and perfecting the guest experience Branding/marketing Candidates Should Have A minimum of 5 years hospitality or beverage industry experience, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role Hands‑on experience in a craft brewery taproom, winery tasting room, distillery tasting room strongly preferred Demonstrated proficiency in graphic design and marketing asset creation using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent programs Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse guests and lead a team effectively Strong organizational skills with experience managing schedules, inventory, and event logistics Proven track record of delivering outstanding guest experiences in a fast‑paced, high‑touch environment Comfort with POS systems, basic spreadsheets, and social media platform management What Boal City Brewing Offers Competitive salary commensurate with experience Eligibility for Health benefits package after 6 months on the job Generous employee beer allowance and brewery discounts A collaborative, close‑knit team that takes quality seriously and has fun doing it Opportunity for meaningful creative ownership and professional growth as the brewery expands #J-18808-Ljbffr Wine Industry Expo
