What You'll Do

• Provide mobile ultrasound services at nursing homes, home care facilities, prisons, and processing sites.
• Set up and operate portable sonographic equipment at various locations.
• Obtain diagnostically accurate images for physician interpretation.
• Verify patient identities using two identifiers before conducting exams.
• Communicate effectively with facility staff, dispatch, and team members.
• Maintain equipment and vehicle, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Follow safety protocols, dress code, and HIPAA compliance.
• Attend meetings and contribute to team training and development.

What You Need

• Valid Sonographer license and relevant certifications.
• Prior ultrasound experience (preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Basic computer skills, smartphone operation proficiency.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting equipment and assisting with patient positioning.
• Professional and dependable attitude with excellent communication skills.

About the Assignment

This position involves providing mobile ultrasound services across a wide region in Albany, GA, including nursing homes, domestic facilities, and other care sites. The sonographer will be provided a company vehicle to facilitate travel between locations, ensuring flexible and efficient service delivery.
