Community Outreach Representative - Entry Level

We're looking for motivated, friendly, and outgoing individuals to join our team as Community Outreach Representatives. You'll interact with community members, support outreach initiatives, participate in events, and help raise awareness for important community and nonprofit programs. No experience is required. Paid training and ongoing mentorship are provided. Responsibilities Engage with community members at events and outreach locations. Share information about community and nonprofit initiatives. Represent partner organizations in a professional and positive manner. Assist with events, campaigns, and community activities. Build positive relationships with the public. Work collaboratively with a supportive team. Participate in training and professional development. Qualifications Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable meeting and speaking with new people. Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn. Team-oriented and professional. No previous experience required. Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, marketing, fundraising, or volunteering is a plus—but not required .
