About the Role

The Company is seeking an Investment Banking Managing Director to join their active deal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting business development, originating M&A transactions, and maintaining strong client relationships within their specialized sub-sector. This role also involves leading transactions and mentoring junior resources. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 8 years' of experience in investment banking, and a proven track record in business development with an established book of business. Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong financial acumen, are essential for this position. The role offers the opportunity to work in a remote capacity with occasional travel and the potential to own and build out a new coverage sector within the organization.
